Music Rights Confirmation

I confirm that I own or control the rights necessary to sell and distribute the music I submit through FIRST DROP SHOP, including any required sample, beat, producer, featured-artist, or third-party clearances.

Revenue Share

I understand that approved artists receive 85% of eligible net sales and Innojative Sound retains 15%. Payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other applicable transaction adjustments may be deducted before artist payout.

Application Review

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee approval and that Innojative Sound may approve, decline, suspend, or request additional information before granting vendor access.

Platform Agreement

I agree not to upload music, artwork, or other content that I do not have permission to use, and I understand that disputed or infringing content may be removed.
